The Planning Process

  • I will send you my Client Intake Form. This form is the perfect starting point for gathering basic information. It will help me gain an understanding about what you’re hoping for in a trip.

  • This is your NO COST, NO PRESSURE, 1-hour consultation!! During this time we will dive into more detail and really start to dissect your wants, needs, expectations, must have’s, travel style, etc. It’s the perfect Q&A session for both of us. Let’s determine if you’re ready to start your memories in motion.

  • Based on our conversation(s) I will start researching and building the foundation of your trip. Determining and refining options within your budget. I will prepare your trip for your review, input, and final okay.

  • Once you have approved the itinerary I have created for you, deposits and bookings will be made! I will make sure that all the moving parts of your reservations are kept in proper motion.

  • It’s time for you to GO-GO Getaway! You will be ready to travel with confidence and ease with your personalized itinerary. I will be available throughout your trip if you have any questions or concerns that come up.

  • Once you’re home and settled, lets catch up! I want to hear all about your trip and experiences. I have to see pictures! It’s also important to me to learn what you loved the most and what didn’t work as expected or wanted. This will help me when we’re planning in the future. The feedback is vital - the good and the bad (if there is any).
